Pinewood Pro is a Ecommerce brand and manufacturer of Pinewood and Brick Derby supplies. They've been in business for over 20 years and have a long history of delivering amazing products.

For the last year we've worked with Pinewood Pro to transform their operations and data as well as the ecommerce presence online.

We've helped them build out a data warehouse that aggregates sales, orders, inventory, and other key data to help make key metrics available to their leadership team.

Another major milestone was building a out simplified forecasting tools for inventory demand for the future months. The datawarehouse on sales was able to pipe directly into this model. This helped drive better lead times, more organized ordering, and better cash conversion cycles. A huge help to the business to manage their ongoing cash and warehousing needs.
